Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time, night shift position (7 pm - 7 am) in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and smooth communication of care plans across teams.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing diploma or associate’s degree with RN licensure; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, with less than two years of experience.
