Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care

Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, promote patient safety and quality care, educate patients and families on managing illnesses and post-treatment needs, and participate in professional development. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, case managers, social workers, and therapists to deliver comprehensive care in a 25-bed Acute Care Medicine unit.

Qualifications & Skills: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), RN license, no prior experience required (less than 2 years preferred). Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, critical nursing skills, and strong communication are essential. Knowledge of patient-centered care and cultural competency is valued.
