Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks an Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 to deliver coordinated, clinically competent care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

You will perform patient data collection, adjust treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team; familiarity with dialysis procedures is preferred.

The role may involve on-call rotations and travel between facilities in support of the CAP program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience, preferably in nephrology or ICU.
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data, adjust treatment plans, and document in medical records.
• Educate patients and families, recognize changes in patient status, and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications and transfusions, collaborate with healthcare team, and train staff.
• Assist in outpatient settings, participate in on-call rotations, and supervise staff when eligible.
