Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 to provide competent, coordinated patient care in a kidney disease treatment setting. This entry-level role requires adherence to clinical standards and collaboration with the healthcare team.

You will assess patients, participate in treatment plans, monitor responses, and document actions in accordance with policies and regulations, while ensuring safety and continuity of care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Entry-level RN with 9 months RN experience; dialysis or ICU experience preferred (6 months in dialysis).
• Physically capable of lifting patients and equipment; able to work in healthcare environments with exposure risks; on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, manages treatment plans, administers medications, monitors responses, and adjusts care as needed.
• Delegates tasks to care staff, provides patient and family education, and collaborates with healthcare team.
• Ensures safety during procedures, responds to emergencies, and maintains documentation per policies and regulations.
• Communicates with dialysis providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participates in quality improvement, staff training, and may assist in specialized care or outpatient settings.
