Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care following evidence-based practices.
• Develop and update the plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Discharge planning and collaboration to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with policies and licensure.
• Float to various units as needed and participate in quality improvement.
