Job summary

Prisma Health in Parkridge Baptist Parkridge Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join the Facility Resource Pool. You'll provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting, using evidence-based practices, and coordinating with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You may float to various units and work weekends/holidays as needed. You will hold an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and a current RN license; at least two years of RN

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience - Two (2) years of RN nursing experience.
• Current RN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Completes nursing assessments, plans, and evaluates care with the team.
• Documents accurately and communicates with the healthcare team.
• Floats to various units as needed and adheres to safety protocols.
• Maintains infection control and compliance with policies.
