Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operations across contracted facilities.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor costs, supply usage, and department performance via P&L awareness.
• Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and regulatory surveys.
