Job summary

Must have 6+ years of related experience, 3+ years in management, and strong communication with senior leadership. Travel and collaboration across regions may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Manager or senior managerial role.
• Demonstrated experience managing one or more departments.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of short- and long-term goals.
• Lead operational efforts to administer business processes and services.
• Direct and control broad activities through policy implementation.
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet company requirements.
• Comply with Code of Business Conduct and laws.
• Oversee ACES data usage to improve quality and compliance.
• Interact with hospital C-Suite and key departments to secure success.
• Hire, coach, and manage staff including performance reviews.
