Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Nurse Manager to direct inpatient care operations across facilities in a high-volume setting. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure quality patient care in alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.

Applicants should have RN licensure and a preferred advanced degree, with 3–5 years in supervisory roles and proven project-management skills within a hospital or similar environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN); Advanced degree desirable.
• Current state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling, ensuring safe patient care.
• Manage costs and staffing efficiency across facilities.
• Provide leadership and coaching; partner with HR on personnel matters.
• Hire, counsel and conduct performance reviews for staff.
• Ensure compliance with ACES, surveys and hospital regulations.
• Coordinate with Technical Program Manager to maintain equipment and infection control.
