Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering high‑quality nephrology care. You will oversee staffing, budgets, and adherence to ESRD regulations while fostering continuous improvement and staff development.

The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree desirable), and 6–8 years of nursing experience with 3+ years in supervision, including on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable.
• RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• 6–8 years related nursing experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in clinical nursing; med/surg or ICU/CCU experience preferred.
• Full-time with on-call coverage when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate staffing, costs, methods and results within the department.
• Provide coaching and development plans for direct reports; partner with HR on employee matters.
• Ensure compliance with ESRD regulatory requirements and QAI practices.
• Oversee and improve critical patient care processes and schedules.
• Direct interactions with internal/external stakeholders to resolve problems.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed.
