Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an RN for inpatient dialysis care with CAP 2 pathway. You will assess, plan, treat and evaluate care for assigned patients, coordinating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. This role emphasizes education, leadership, and adherence to policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of dialysis experience.
• RN CAP 2 or CAP 1 progression for new employees meeting CAP 2 criteria.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families on care needs.
• Lead and mentor new staff and participate in quality improvement.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with healthcare team.
