Job summary

The role requires current state RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining policy compliance and high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with 2+ years of nephrology nursing in the last 2 years.
• Acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Current appropriate state licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients under supervision.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
• Provide education to patients and families, ensuring safety and quality of care.
