Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related healthcare experience.
• Must have a valid PCT national certification or CMS state certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work under RN supervision in acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of the FMCNA RN for assigned patients in the acute setting.
• Promote a safe, clean working environment and support QEP/QAI activities.
• Set up and prime dialysis equipment as directed by the Fresenius Nurse.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient well-being, and report abnormalities.
• Perform vascular access cannulation and document treatment parameters.
• Record treatment data accurately and ensure timely delivery of specimens to the lab.
