Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
• 6 months’ experience preferred in related field (EMT, Surgical Technicians, Army, Phlebotomists, and technicians).
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
• Effective communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ishihara color vision test required; passing not precluded employment.

Aufgaben

• Provides patient care under the direct supervision of the Hemodialysis RN in the dialysis suite.
• Reports and documents all incidents, complaints, or problems to the RN.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment; supports QEP and QAI activities.
• Sets up and primes dialysis equipment as directed by the Fresenius Nurse for renal replacement therapies.
• Ensures dialysis machines are set up and tested for safe treatment.
• Records vital signs, treatments, and machine parameters accurately.
• Travels between facilities as needed and adheres to safety protocols.
