Madisonhealth seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support nursing staff in the Acute Medical/Surgical Unit. The CNA will implement and maintain patient care tailored to age, needs, and clinical conditions, ensuring safe, high-quality care in line with standards and best practices.

Interactions with staff, physicians, patients, and families should reflect respect and professionalism. Shifts are 12 hours with days 6:00am-6:00pm.

Qualifikationen

• CNA duties aligned with Idaho State Nursing Board scope.
• Ability to use electronic medical records and related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Madison healthis seeking to employ an empathetic and driven Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist nursing staff in providing the highest quality of patient care. The CNA i mplements and maintains patient care activities tailored to the age, needs, and clinical conditions of patients served in the Acute Medical/Surgical Unit. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care in accordance with established standards and best practices. Demonstrates commitment to the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization; adapts effectively to changing priorities, processes, and systems; and consistently upholds high standards of performance, professionalism, and clinical practice. Interacts with staff, physicians, patients, and families with compassion, courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Schedule:

• Days 6:00am-6:00pm
• (2) 12-hour shifts

Education:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Idaho
• Healthcare provider BLS within one year of hire

Experience:

• One (1) year of previous healthcare facility experience as a CNA, preferred

Skills/Requirements:

• Skills related to Certified Nursing Assistant Scope of Practice, Idaho State Nursing Board.
• Ability to become competent in electronic medical record and associated applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
