Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Post Falls, Idaho, seeks a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This FT role includes bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting duties, with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for FT NOC CNAs.

Eve shifts offer a $1.00/hr differential and NOC shifts offer a $2.00/hr differential. Requirements include HS diploma or equivalent, state CNA program completion, active license, CPR upon hire, and 1 year SNF experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients per laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Education

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
