Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery is seeking a Clinical Trainer to enhance trauma-informed care within its Acute Services division. This role requires a Master’s degree or Doctorate in psychology and strong clinical experience.

As a Clinical Trainer, you will design and deliver training programs, collaborate with critical teams, and support staff to provide exceptional care in a crisis. The position is fully onsite with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• At least two years of clinical experience providing care.
• Professional licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Knowledge of DSM-V and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt Acute-Care specific learning materials.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training.
• Coordinate and manage learning communications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and inform improvements.
