Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) – Child and Family Counseling Center North seeks a Masters-level or licensed clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy to children and adolescents in a hybrid schedule. The role includes individual, group, and family sessions, with supervision and credentialing support from AMHR.

The position offers flexible hours within a 5x8 or 4x10 schedule, two in-office days weekly, and remote work three days.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling from an APA/CACREP/CSWE-accredited program.
• Must obtain licensure or licensure-permitting status within required timeframe.
• Experience with child and adolescent therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with ongoing assessment and documentation.
• Collaborate with care team and community partners to coordinate services.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Document clinical encounters and ensure billing information is up to date.
