Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery seeks a Master's- or Doctoral-level clinician to join our Intensive In-Home Services team in Aurora. You will deliver trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy to youth and caregivers in clients’ homes, supporting emotional regulation and behavior management.

The role blends in-home, school, and community work with an emphasis on collaboration, licensure pursuit, and a focus on reducing higher levels of care through skilled intervention.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in professional counseling (APA/CACREP/CSWE).
• Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit within 30 days of hire and pursue independent licensure.
• At least two years of clinical experience for licensed therapists or psychologists.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed therapy to youth 6–17 and caregivers in homes.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and various forms of therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with regular updates.
• Coordinate with care teams and external providers for services.
