KyUMH seeks a masters-level clinician to serve as Clinical Lead, acting as the primary supervisor for assigned staff and resource for clinical excellence. The role emphasizes developing team capabilities, onboarding new members, and advocating for clients within a strong, compliant care framework.

Qualifications

• 3 years of individual, family, and group therapy experience.
• Strong understanding of crisis intervention.
• Experience with intake assessments and risk assessments.
• Experience diagnosing children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultures.
• Ethics and Kentucky law in clinical work.
• Understanding of child and adolescent development and family systems.
• Excellent written communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload as clinical therapist while supervising assigned staff.
• Provide supervision, onboarding, advocacy, and role optimization for team.
• Collaborate with treatment team on crisis intervention, risk assessment, and planning.
• Deliver services including intensive outpatient, individual, family, group, and collateral therapy.
• Ensure documentation meets agency and regulatory standards; align with treatment plans.
