Job summary

Trubridge in the United States is seeking an Acute Claim Biller responsible for day-to-day business office billing for UB04 and CMS-1500 (eClinicalWorks). You will handle patient billing, collections, and third-party payer relations for hospital and rural health clinic settings.

This role requires 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience including acute hospital and physician claims, and proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle billing experience in acute hospital and physician (Profee) claims.
• Experience with claims and denial work queues.
• Proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR is required.
• Familiar with Commercial, Workers' Comp, and VA claims.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital/clinic business office functions including patient billing and collections.
• Process insurance claims and manage denial work queues.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with procedures and third-party requirements.
• Maintain quality customer service and confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist manager with coaching, training, and team project tasks.
