Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high school education and ability to obtain work permit at 17.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Experience with multi-line phones, call systems, and pagers beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document basic patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient flow and communication using phones and pagers.
• Maintain a clean, safe care environment and report safety hazards.
• Initiate emergency calls per hospital protocol (Code Blue, Fire, Rapid Response).
• Support medical record maintenance and unit clerical tasks.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare team.
