Responsibilities

• Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Maintains safety and reports hazards, and completes safety events as needed.
• Communicates with patients, families, and co-workers about care and observations.
• Stocking supplies, maintaining equipment readiness, and assisting with transport.
• Supports clerical and administrative functions essential to patient care.
