Job summary

TriHealth Good Sam Hospital in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Acute Care Tech to join the Float Pool on a full-time basis. You will provide hands-on support, assist with activities of daily living, and perform designated treatments under RN supervision while supporting unit operations.

The role includes stocking, organizing supplies, and performing non-direct patient care tasks as needed. A comprehensive benefits package and an incentive of $4 per hour float will be offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years High School Education required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Reading and math ability appropriate to the position.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Maintains competency of tasks and completes assigned tasks within the required timeframe.
• Seeks clarification from the nurse when in doubt about how to proceed.
