Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate direct and indirect patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report updates to the health care team.
• Follow plans of care and hospital policy and procedure.
• Maintain safe, clean, stocked environment to support patient needs.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Attend mandatory in-services and trainings.
• Ensure patient safety and report incidents promptly.
• Record admissions data, vital signs and other information.
