Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and direct care to patients in their assigned unit, adjusting for age and health needs.
• Monitor patients' conditions and communicate updates to the health care team.
• Deliver care per nursing and hospital policy and plan of care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment to support patient care.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and nutrition as needed.
• Record patient information including vitals, intake/output, and weight.
• Assist with specimen collection for tests as required.
• Adhere to mandatory trainings and infection control policies.
