Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree in Office Management, Business, Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• 1 year of staff scheduling experience required, medical staff scheduling preferred.
• Experience with automated scheduling platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates, follows, and maintains the master staffing schedule using facility guidelines.
• Monitors census, staffing, admissions and discharges to ensure adequate staffing for each shift.
• Schedules employees and agency staff for core shifts, overtime, training, and transport.
• Prepares reports on staffing data and communicates changes to DON, CNO and HR as needed.
• Verifies daily time coding and attends to time off requests and PTO.
• Provides administrative support and coordinates with HR and payroll as needed.
