Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current registration/license to practice speech-language pathology in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and discharge planning for a full caseload.
• Handle documentation, billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties for a full caseload.
• Demonstrate communication, professionalism, and supervision of support staff.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with Essentia Health leadership and referring physicians for cohesive patient care.
• Comply with organizational policies and code of conduct.
• Serve as clinical instructor or participate in committees when applicable.
• Flex to other departments as patient need arises when schedule allows.
