Jefferson Regional Med Ctr in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3NE Medical Surgical unit. The role is full-time days, with variable shifts including weekends and holidays based on unit needs, and requires collaboration with nursing leadership and medical staff.

The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, monitor patient conditions, document care, and participate in safe, high-quality care delivery across departments under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school program is required.
• Technical in Nursing required; ADN/BSN preferred.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, particularly in an acute care setting preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills preferred.
• Capacity to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the hospital setting.
• Communicate with physicians, Nurse Manager, and coworkers about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
