The RN will participate in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation, while adapting to unit priorities and patient needs in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years clinical experience in acute care preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the hospital setting.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and nursing staff.
• Delegate duties and supervise staff as needed.
• Ensure appropriate utilization of resources and accurate documentation.
