Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school program.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
• Basic proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Good verbal and written communication with patients and teams.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Competent documentation of patient information.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in patient conditions.
• Compassionate patient and family support.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
