Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families considering culture and age; provide post-discharge resources.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Promote a positive patient experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Support a collaborative team environment and open communication.
• Respond to medical emergencies with timely, life-saving actions.
• Follow infection control standards and safety procedures.
• Complete required continuing education hours for stroke units and maintain hospital certifications.
