Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• New Graduate RNs must earn BSN within 3 years of start date.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 1 year for ICU.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan individualized care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team for discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and post-discharge care.
