Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Radiologic Technologist II role in Denver, CO requires ARRT certification and an active radiologic license. You will perform a range of diagnostic imaging exams, ensure patient safety, and mentor students within a fast-paced radiology department.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required for radiologic technologist.
• State license to practice radiology in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Prepares patients, verifies orders, and ensures proper identification.
• Performs exams per protocol and reviews images for quality and accuracy.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe environment.
• Educates patients and assists students and colleagues with exam protocols and equipment.
