Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for healthcare providers.
• May be required to complete MA Competency Checklist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Prepare patients, verify orders, and ensure proper identification before exams.
• Perform exams per protocol and review images for quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Educate patients, address concerns, and assist students and staff as needed.
• Maintain records and follow coding, charging, and QC procedures.
