Banner Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Acute Care Rehab team in Gilbert, AZ. You will evaluate and treat patients across multiple units including Med-Surg, Oncology and ICU, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes.

Requires DPT from an accredited program, AZ PT license, and BLS certification. Experience in acute care preferred; Banner offers a supportive leadership team, Magnet recognition and opportunities for professional

Formación

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to use computer software in automated patient care environments.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient function and determine treatment needs.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and outcomes per guidelines.
• Communicate findings with physicians, nurses and care team.
• Supervise and train PTA, therapy technicians and students as needed.
• Participate in department meetings and quality improvement.
