Banner Health in Mesa, Arizona is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Acute Care Rehab team. You will work across Med-Surg, Orthopedics, Neurology and ICU settings under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The role emphasizes safe, evidence-based care, patient-centered discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and families. A weekend differential applies and Banner offers comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited PTA program (or equivalent).
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license for the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at time of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Administer physical therapy treatments per plan of care under the supervising PT.
• Document patient care and progress per department standards.
• Communicate treatment results to physicians, nurses and team members.
• Supervise Therapy Technician and PTA students as assigned.
• Participate in department meetings and process improvement activities.
