Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
• PT license in the state of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers therapies and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on progress.
• Educates patients and families on care and exercises.
• Maintains compliance with safety and infection control procedures.
