Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments, ensuring all interventions are documented.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans within appropriate timeframes to reflect patient progress.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information accurately.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-treatment care.
