Nealy Pierce, LLC collaborates with a mission-driven hospital system to hire a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist in their hospital-based acute care department. You will work with a diverse patient population across ICU, neuro, ortho, post-surgical, trauma, and joint replacement.

The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-training, CEU support, and leadership pathways, with optional PRN weekend coverage and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible soon).
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome.
• Strong communicator who works well on interdisciplinary teams.
• Evidence-based, compassionate hospital care.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy across ICU, neuro, ortho, post-surgical, trauma, and joint replacement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.
• Support cross-training across departments and participate in CEU programs.
• Optional PRN weekend coverage.
