Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Powers Health Rehabilitation Center team in Indiana. This full-time role features a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with emphasis on comprehensive patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Applicants should hold a current Physical Therapist license for Indiana and have inpatient rehab experience preferred, along with BLS/CPR.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of patients supervised by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs.
• Assess patients' needs and initiate appropriate physical therapy interventions; collaborate with the care team.
• Observe and evaluate treatment progress; communicate changes to the physician.
• Perform patient assessments and timely re-evaluations; document and score outcomes per policy.
• Assess pain and implement interventions to improve function and function-related participation.
