Qualifications

• Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Acute care experience required.
• New grads welcome with acute care training.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans and goals.
• Monitors progress and updates plans as needed.
• Maintains documentation and communicates with care team.
• Supervises staff, students or volunteers as assigned.
• Cooperates with multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth discharge.
