Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (B.S./M.S./DPT) from an accredited program.
• 1 year PT experience preferred.
• Hospital acute care experience; ICU experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as Physical Therapist.
• AHA CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation, program planning and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy.
• Documents care and educates patients, families, hospital staff and students.
• Contributes to professional growth, clinical research and education.
• Helps patients achieve maximum potential through quality care and medical management input.
