Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required.
• Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, program planning and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy.
• Document it and educate patients, families, hospital staff, and students.
• Participate in the enhancement of the profession and the Medical Center through quality care, clinical research and education.
• Ensure patients reach their maximum potential through quality care and professional growth.
