Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking an Acute Care Pharmacy Tech II for the Full-Time Night Shift on a 7 day on, 7 day off cycle (Thursday-Wednesday, 7:30pm-6am). The position involves filling and dispensing unit dose and stock medications, triaging orders, and maintaining the automated dispensing system (ADS).

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, Oregon Pharmacy Technician license or certification, and at least one year of hospital pharmacy

Qualificações

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
• One year (>2080 hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system with current PTCB certification OR two years (>4160 hours) hospital pharmacy if not PTCB certified.

Responsabilidades

• Filling and dispensing unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to nursing units and other departments.
• Fill/dispense oral and IV medications, triage patient orders, and maintain the automated dispensing system (ADS).
