Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Louisville, KY is seeking a Patient Food Services Manager - New Business to lead the Patient Services Team in an acute care setting and ensure high-quality dining experiences for patients.

You will oversee dietary compliance, staff hiring and development, and participate in quality assurance programs while aligning with medical direction and patient population needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field with food services experience.
• Professional certifications preferred (CDM, RDT, or RD).
• Experience in acute care food service management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diet/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee patient food service needs per medical direction.
• Hire, coach, train and develop patient service staff.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and diet orders.
• Support patient satisfaction targets and service quality.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and HIPAA, safeguarding patient rights.
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental meetings.

Education

Associate degree in food services or related field
