Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Care Rehabilitation team. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient independence, support early mobility, and assist with discharge planning in a dynamic hospital setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, planning OT programs, supervising staff and students, documenting progress, and coordinating care with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OT from an accredited OT program.
• Applicable state OT license is required.
• BLS certification required per policy.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers OT services for patients.
• Directs and supervises OT staff, assistants, students and volunteers.
• Gathers data and creates patient care plans with appropriate modalities.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes and discharge planning.
• Communicates progress to physicians, referrals and care team.
