Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Care Rehabilitation team. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients maximize independence, support early mobility, discharge planning, and achieve functional goals in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in OT, state OT license, and BLS. The role is full-time, on-site with 40 hours/week and a pay range of $35.50–$53.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Applicable state OT license required.
• BLS certification required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers OT programs upon physician referral.
• Plans and conducts OT programs to restore function and independence.
• Directs and supervises OT staff, assistants, technicians, students, and volunteers.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and related charges.
