Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree from an OTA program.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Acute Care required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' occupational limitations and medical condition using objective evaluation techniques.
• Prescribes and implements a treatment program to return patients to maximum function.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes.
• Promotes improvements in service, department and hospital systems benefiting patient care.
• Incorporates organizational goals and objectives into daily practice.
