Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia seeks an RN Clinical Nurse to join the Oncology Unit's inpatient team. The RN provides individualized, high-quality patient care on a 28-bed unit, working 7am–7pm on a full-time day shift, supported by a multidisciplinary team under Wellstar governance.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Georgia RN license (or Compact), and less than 1 year of direct patient care experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or Compact license.
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak English and use clinical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide evidence-based practice and maintain standards of care.
